We aim to reply within a working day or two. Helpful things to include: your account email, and - if it is about a specific invoice or reminder - the invoice number, so we can find it quickly.
What you can contact us about
- Anything that is not working as you expect.
- Billing, subscriptions, or your plan.
- Deliverability - if a reminder does not seem to be reaching a client (see below).
- Feature ideas and feedback. Badger is small and listening.
If a reminder isn't reaching your client
Reminders are sent from properly authenticated infrastructure, so they usually land fine - but no email system reaches the inbox 100% of the time, especially with strict corporate filters. If a client says they have not seen a reminder:
- Check your outbox. Badger shows whether each reminder was delivered and whether it was opened, so you can see exactly what happened.
- Ask them to check spam or junk. If it is there, ask them to mark it "not spam" and add your address to their contacts - future reminders will then land in the inbox.
- They can just reply. Replies go straight to you, so a client can respond to the reminder directly to get the conversation going.
- Still stuck? Tell us. Email hello@badgerpay.co.uk with the invoice number and we will look into the delivery for you.
